About the event

All meals are Gluten Free & Dairy Free. Vegan and Vegetarian variations are demonstrated when meat meals are created. Therapeutic benefits, purchasing and growing tips shared throughout.


About the facilitator:

Bianca's love for cooking started when living and travelling throughout Asia. Since having children, the health benefits of cooking also became of interest. Since being diagnosed with Myalgia Encephamilitis/Chronic Fatigue 2 years ago, she was prescribed an extremely restricted diet. Coupled with alot of time, a love to cook and not much energy, but a need to be 'doing', cooking and creating delicious and nutritious food to heal has given her much needed purpose during this time. Much of her cuisine is mostly Asian inspired, using home-grown and locally produced food when possible. She has now started a small business, ‘The Balanced Bowl’. Her vision is to transform nutritious ingredients into delicious meals by providing group or individual cooking demonstrations,…
